How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 30–45 minutes from the time of
placing. Delivery time may vary based on distance and restaurant preparation time. You
can track your order in real-time from the My Orders page.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it by contacting
our support team. Once the restaurant starts preparing your food, cancellation may not
be possible.
How do I get a refund?
If product missing. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to
your original payment method.
My promo code isn't working. What do I do?
Make sure you're entering the code in UPPERCASE. Some codes have a minimum order value
or are for first-time users only. The active promo codes are EATLO50
(50% off first order) and EATLO100 (₹100 off).
How do I track my order?
Go to the My Orders page and enter your registered phone number. You'll
see all your past orders and their current status — Confirmed, Preparing, On the Way, or
Delivered.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value on EatLo. However, orders below ₹150 may attract a
slightly higher delivery fee of ₹60 instead of the standard ₹40.
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently EatLo accepts Cash on Delivery (COD). UPI and card payments
are coming soon! We'll notify you when online payment is available.
